Tectre Ltd is led by Gillian Arnold FBCS a global expert in diversity in Tech and author of the Amazon Bestseller “Women in Tech: A practical guide to increasing gender diversity and inclusion”. With her extensive experience in the IT industry Gillian set up Tectre in 2010, supporting small, medium and large organisations to develop their cultures and become more inclusive and diverse through training, consultancy and specialist recruitment. Gillian, an engaging speaker and experienced trainer, sits on the board for the Council of European Professional Informatics Societies (CEPIS), and will become President of BCS in Spring 2023.

Training
Our training will support you if you already have an ongoing project and plan or if you are just starting out. Ultimately we help people recognise their own bias and its impact in the workplace with the aim to shift mindset and ensure that your inclusion efforts are not lost through unmanaged, unconscious preferences.

• Unconscious Bias for leaders and managers: Challenges thinking around bias. Looks at implications on recruitment and retention and managing business and personal change.
• Interviewing without Bias: For leaders and HR professionals who interview regularly. The workshop considers the impact & mitigation of bias through the process.
