Digilegal is a group of companies established in 2008. We offer 2 main services, the first being a solicitor checked online will writing service, making wills accessible and affordable for all. With 2/3 of adults in the UK not having a will we are determined to make a difference.
More recently we launched Capacity Vault. This service enables clients to make a video recording of their testamentary capacity around the time of drafting and signing their wills. In the event a will is challenged we will approach the courts on your behalf and present said video evidence. This service de-risks the work of the person drafting the will while adding value and offering extra peace of mind to the client.
