I am an investor, NED and founder in technology led businesses and I am excited to lend my experience and knowledge to Silicon Yorkshire to help others achieve their business and personal goals. I co-founded Activate Group, a multi award winning technology led, accident and repair management group based out of Yorkshire. Activate Group are in The Times Top 100 for 2022 and now employ over 700 people and have a turnover of over £250million from startup in 2016. Prior to 2016 I held several board level roles within the Insurance Industry focussed mainly on leadership, strategy, talent acquisition and M & A.
