I’m supporting Silicon Yorkshire because it is a unique platform to bring the whole Yorkshire technology community together. Having something like Silicon Yorkshire that can bring people, events, jobs, opportunities, energy, ideas, and discussion together across the Yorkshire region is fantastic.

Not originally from this side of the Pennines, I have chosen to live in York and work for a fast-growing tech company that’s headquartered in Leeds. I am passionate about my adopted home that is Yorkshire, and it’s no secret that the Leeds tech sector is thriving. Having something like Silicon Yorkshire that can bring people, events, jobs, opportunities, energy, ideas, and discussion together across the Yorkshire region is fantastic.

At Hippo, we are people-centred in everything that we do, and we strive to do what’s right. We are inspired by anything that encourages people to work together to achieve success, and doing that while promoting this fantastic region of the UK is something that I am proud to be a part of.
