Currently I have a role with my professional body ‘Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development’ (CIPD) where I have responsibility for the North and International regions and manage the quality of qualifications, leadership, standards, skills, online learning, and digital development with my team. I am keen to add value and perspective to this initiative, whilst building unparalleled connectivity across sectors, industries, functions and social boundaries.
