I’m supporting Silicon Yorkshire because the work they are doing is fundamental to the Yorkshire tech community. It’s so exciting to see how much the tech scene in Yorkshire has flourished over the last few years and it’s only going to keep on growing. This is a great initiative because it truly gives its members the opportunity to collaborate and build relationships with like-minded people; relationships that they may not otherwise get to build.

I’m Grace, a Senior Talent Acquisition professional working for one of the largest Automotive Tech disrupters in the UK right now, I started my journey in the Yorkshire Tech Community 6 years ago and I have been privileged to connect and work with some fantastic individuals in that time.

I’ve been lucky enough to have worked on some incredible projects through my career including the Asda/ Walmart Separation programme, which is one of the world’s largest retail transformation programmes.

I am very passionate about building outstanding teams and connecting people, especially within the tech community. You will always catch me at a Silicon Yorkshire event, with a drink in my hand.. so come and say hi!
