As Managing Director for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) regions at Rackspace Technology®, Martin is focused on delivering profitable revenue growth and Fanatical Experience™ to customers. Part of his growth goal is to continue supporting the tradition of ensuring Rackspace Technology remains recognized as a “best place to work” for all locations throughout the EMEA region.

Martin is an accomplished and inspirational leader with a career that spans many countries and more than 35 years in technology, including Marconi, Logica, Hewlett-Packard (HP), Electronic Data Systems (EDS) and IBM. Throughout his career, he has led organizations to achieve significant performance, focusing on customer success, execution and innovation.

Before working at Rackspace Technology, Martin was an Operating Partner at Marlin Equity Partners where he was the Executive Chair for several Marlin companies. Before that, he held positions at the global technology business for IBM in Europe as General Manager, Chief Operating Officer for Europe and General Manager for Benelux and UK & Ireland, where he was responsible for outsourcing, consulting on cloud and security services.

He has also held C-level roles with EDS/HP and CGI/Logica. A technologist at heart, Martin began his career in London as an engineer with Marconi, advancing to Managing Director, Systems Integration.

He currently lives in London with his family.
